The Brand Era rewards Rocky creators for producing high-quality, original content featuring products from participating brands. By participating, you agree to these rules, which supplement and are fully governed by Rocky’s Terms of Service.
1) Eligibility
Open to all Rocky community members with an active account in good standing.
• You must purchase and/or own a participating brand’s product before submitting content for that brand, unless the brand’s page specifies that purchase/ownership is not required.
• Some brands may require you to be 21+ to participate (e.g., alcohol or other age-restricted products). These requirements will be stated on the brand’s page.
• Creators with prior account violations may be ineligible at Rocky’s discretion.
2) Rewards & Payout Structure
Per Brand, Per Month (Video Content) up to:
• $5: Posted in Rocky + Shared to Instagram or TikTok.
• $15: 500+ verified views and 50+ verified engagements.
• $25: 2,500+ verified views and 250+ verified engagements.
• $35: 10,000+ verified views and 1,000+ verified engagements.
Image Content:
• Only eligible if the brand explicitly requests images in its content goals.
• $5 per image, maximum 3 images per brand/month.
• Unless otherwise stated by the brand, images are not eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Brand-Licensed Content:
• $50 flat per brand-licensed video.
• $25 flat per brand-licensed image.
Monthly Earning Limit Per Creator: $100 per brand per month (excluding bonuses and brand license fees).
Total Brand Reward Pool varies by brand each month. Once cap is reached, no further payouts for that brand will be made until next month.
Payout Order: Rewards are issued in the order qualifying content is received and verified by Rocky.
3) Distribution Rules
Open Distribution: Creators can share content directly to their socials.
Controlled Distribution: Content cannot be shared to creator socials until approved by the brand. For controlled distribution brands, performance payouts are only unlocked upon brand approval.
4) Content Standards
All content submitted for the Brand Era is subject to and governed by Rocky’s Terms of Service, including provisions relating to intellectual property, licensing, and content removal.
To qualify for rewards, submissions must meet these standards:
• Original Work Only: No duplicate submissions, reposted old content, or AI-generated/stock footage in place of original creation.
• No Cross-Posting Duplicates: Content cannot be repurposed for multiple brands or challenges; each piece must be unique to the brand submitted.
• Brand Alignment: Must follow the brand’s content goals and guidelines on its landing page.
• Image Submissions: Same originality, brand alignment, and quality standards as video content. Only submit if the brand has requested them; otherwise, they may be rejected and will not qualify for payouts.
• Quality & Effort: Rocky may reject content that is low-quality, low-effort, blurry, incomplete, spam-like, or irrelevant.
• Compliance: Must comply with all applicable laws, FTC endorsement guidelines, and Rocky’s community standards.
• FTC Disclosures: Rocky may automatically add required disclosures (e.g., #MayEarnRockyDollars) when sharing to social platforms.
• Appropriateness: No defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise damaging content.
• Default Content Standards: If a participating brand does not specify content goals or creative guidelines on its brand landing page, the content parameters outlined in Rocky’s Promotion Terms shall apply by default. These include, but are not limited to, requirements for originality, quality, brand alignment, FTC disclosure, and compliance with Rocky’s Terms of Service.
5) Rocky Dollars & Wallet System
• All earnings, bonuses, and other payouts are credited in Rocky Dollars to your in-app Rocky Wallet.
• Rocky Dollars have no cash value outside Rocky and may only be redeemed for cash once you meet the minimum payout threshold and have a valid payment method on file.
• Rocky Dollars are non-transferable and may expire in accordance with Rocky’s Terms of Service.
• Payouts are generally processed weekly, and Rocky aims to complete payment for all eligible content within 30 days (“Net-30”), subject to verification, fraud prevention, payout caps, and all other applicable rules.
• Any manipulation of wallet balances or attempts to obtain Rocky Dollars through fraud, metric manipulation, or violation of these terms will result in forfeiture of the affected Rocky Dollars and may lead to suspension or termination from the platform.
6) Verification & Fraud Prevention
• All engagement and view counts must be organic and will be verified through Rocky’s sharing tools.
• Any attempt to artificially inflate metrics (e.g., purchased engagement, bots, engagement-for-engagement schemes) will result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and possible account suspension or removal.
• Rocky may request additional verification (screenshots, links, or analytics) before paying rewards.
7) Rocky’s Rights
• Rocky may add or remove participating brands, modify campaign structures, adjust reward amounts, or change payout caps at any time with notice posted on the platform.
• Rocky reserves the right to reject, remove, or withhold payment for any content at its sole discretion, including for violation of these terms, brand guidelines, or general quality standards.
• Participation does not guarantee rewards; all payouts are subject to verification and fund availability within the brand’s monthly cap.
• Termination: Rocky may suspend or terminate the Brand Era Challenge, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. No further payouts will be made for content submitted after the effective date of termination, regardless of when the content was created.
